Advantages
The Fourth Way makes it possible to look up any debts owed to the following bodies:
- the National Social Security Office
- the National Social Insurance Institute for the Self-Employed
- FPS Finance
In addition, the intention to sell is notified to the competent bodies, information on an outstanding debt is communicated, and insufficient resources are reported to the competent body. The parties involved also receive electronic acknowledgements of receipt.

The service is accessible 24/7. Support services are available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (Federal Administration opening days).
